Vision & Mission

About Zenith Youth Summit

Zenith Youth Summit is a national summit programme based in Raipur. We organise editions for students who want to spend a weekend doing something demanding and come away with more than a certificate. Chapter 01 is a Model UN; Zenith: Foundry is a build sprint. They look different on the surface, but they are held to the same standard — careful preparation, a capable floor team, and work that stands up to a hard question.

Our Vision

We want young people in this country to have somewhere serious to take their ideas — a programme they can return to as it grows, rather than a one-off event they attend once and forget. That means building something durable: consistent standards across editions, a room that stays worth being in, and a reputation earned by how well things are run rather than how loudly they are announced.

Our Mission

To run each edition well enough that taking part is worth the time it costs. Selection is on preparation and intent, not on who you know or where you study, and first-timers are judged on the same terms as people with a shelf of placements.

We achieve this by:

  • Rewarding contribution: Recognition follows people who move a problem forward and bring others with them, not whoever spoke most.

  • Designing for the people, not just the agenda: Time to actually talk to each other is built into the schedule rather than left to chance at the end.

  • Running it properly: Logistics, timing and communication are treated as part of the experience. If the basics are handled, the room can concentrate on the work.

Applications are open.

Chapter 01 in Raipur, and Zenith: Foundry. Both are read the same way.
